the fact that your saying i am not selfish but i just want admin and how your saying you will use the new commands and not abuse "AGAIN" just imply to me that you are not ready/fit for this position in my personal opinion. Try extend your "why me?" section because from what i can see you are not ready for this rank.

EDIT: After reading your app in detail i noticed a lot of things wrong with this. you clearly do not know how to handle certain things as you cant take responsibility for yourself. your appeal part has nothing to do with an appeal neither the "how would you train a new mod"

I doubt you would get this as you need to actually know how to handle certain things.
