Thanks for your input and i believe that you are right to a certain extent yes i was an admin 2 years ago but when it comes to being staff its still not all that different for example the admin application has not changed in years and years and still will not for years to come another thing that has not changed is all the commands etc in-game. The only thing that has really changed through out the years are the servers rules which you need to know to play on the server let alone become staff .

This being said becoming moderator first would be un -beneficial for the staff team as then i would not be utilised sufficently and be able to perform at full potential.

The main new changes are changes in dealing with Server Reports in and out of game, even through the forums - the Ethos being arguably the biggest change in policy. I'd have a good look over the staff ethos and best of luck on the application and in the meeting!
