To KOS a AFK you would need the permission from a staff member otherwise its a RDM

- You can tell the staff member to force spec the AFK.
- You don't need permission from a staff member to kill the AFK if everyone else has been proven innocent.

True with the RDM permission from staff coz killing AFK isn't allowed so that is a bigger negative!

You can just force spectate AFK or is that command removed for you moderators/admins?
