Wait you've never actually played CSS? Despite your issues are pointshop and model issues you don't see map issues correct? Launch CSS and close it and inside of good press the controller icon at the bottom right and make sure CSS is selected to be mounted. Despite I doubt CSS is your issue, you've downloaded the pointshop content and still have issues
