you seem like a nice person and you may one day make a great staff but you need to improve your activity on s2 and s3. My opinion on people changing is that yes they can change, but they will always have a little bit of that personality or whatever you want to call it in them, but I'm not saying your a bad person it's just I haven't seen enough of you personality to judge you in a way that i'm certain that i'm happy with what feedback I gave you.
