It's always lead team. The users and Mods/Admins barely has a chance because lead team is always more needed then users and Admins- So the thing where lead team deserves is more, Is not true. Everybody has the same ammount of chance, And being a lead team wouldnt realy change the way a normal user or Admin- would get it.

First of all a lead team member will be suitable as they can update the staff list etc and more trusted to be a forum staff . Also I did say there are better candidates applying atm which isn't you as I find you immature at times and also weird. The reason why I want a lead team member for this position as they are mature and know what they are doing in their roles. I feel like you aren't ready for this section at I don't see you posting in it , I do see others who are applying posting there. Sorry to say but I don't think your ready for this position yet.

Sorry, But i'm litterly trying my best to improve, And i've been told i've been improving more. And i know i act immature. But all i trying to do, Is to be funny. Making jokes. And nobody likes me or my jokes. When i am trying my best to be funny, And to make people like me.
