You should handle F1's when they are needing to be handled rather than just continuing RPing and not pay any attention to what higher ups are asking you to do, which they shouldn't but you did say you didn't read the chat and keep an eye on your unhandled reports counter so I suggest you pay a lil bit more attention to your duty. I don't know your F1 count however I hope it's acceptable because I hate having to tell staff to get on the F1s rather than continue doing their own thing (unless they are in a RP situation then that is understandable but anything else, I can't find a good enough excuse to it).
