You have quite a bit of an attitude issue in-game, I'd suggest you fix that up first. Also last time when you were staff, you was an awful staff member and hence why you got demoted so if you end up becoming staff again, I expect you to improve and actually help out the server without the requirement of lead team members having to tell you to do your job.
