Thats not something you would want to do. You want to solve the issue not heat it even more. Not to mention that muting staff members is extremly unprofessional

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would tp over to them and tell them to stop and explain : Hey, I see that you're breaking rules as a staff member and you're ruining other players rp experience, you need to stop because as a staff member you should be setting an example.

I would also like more detail on this part, for example what would the staff members punishment be? Will you bring him up to the lead team meeting or just have a talk with him.
