How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: During my time as an administrator I feel I have been able to handle situations on my own, I've shown dedication and true compassion on the staff team.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): I would make a good candidate for SA because I know and understand the rules and I know how to deal with loop hollers, I'm not biased, I'm not harsh and I'm very friendly with everyone I meet, I am more than happy to help players when they need it. I have been playing Zarp for almost 4 years now and my dream was to a part of the lead team, if I do get this role I would work my absolute hardest and I would never give up.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: A user was supposedly hacking but I couldn't punish him because I wasn't able to anti cheat him, and I wasn't able to contact any SA's to anti cheat him, so I had to ask him multiple questions and spectate him to see if there was anything fishy going on. To me he seemed to be hacking so I told him to turn them off. I then waited for an sa to come online so they could anti cheat him.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: First off I would reply to the post saying "I'll handle this" then I would carefully read through the post and then go speak to the staff member that the report is about, and tell them to go into detail about their side of the story, depending on weather or not all the information sounds correct, I would accept or deny it without be bias. If the report got accepted I would go and speak to the staff member and if it was their first time doing something like this I would give them a serious warning not to do it again. If this was not the first time they have had an accepted report against them then I would speak to highers ups about it and ask if a demotion is necessary.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation;
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? I tell the staff member that the ban was a bit harsh and that he should lower the ban to make it a fair ban, then I would go over ban lengths and how long you should ban someone for doing certain things.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation;
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? I would tell the staff member to stay calm and if need be I could take over and help out in anyway possible.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation;
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation? If you think bob is breaking rules take some screenshots of what he's doing and send them to me. if the screenshots show the staff member breaking rules I would have a very long talk with them.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation;
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks and argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? I would tell everyone to calm down and stop arguing. I would then ask them to come into teamspeak where I can privately speak to him, I would ask why he was being so aggressive and arguing with other staff members. I would then tell them not to do it again and I would bring it up in the lead team meeting.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation;
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would tp over to them and tell them to stop and explain : Hey, I see that you're breaking rules as a staff member and you're ruining other players rp experience, you need to stop because as a staff member you should be setting an example. I would bring it up in the ssrp meeitng and go in to detail on what the staff member did.
