In my opinion, Grumpy, you are great candidate for the Head Admin position. From the momment you got accepted as a Super Admin i was surprised at how you handled things and how you were speaking with other staff members. I am usually there when you handle with two staff members who are fighting, reporting each other e.t.c. and i have never seen you making a mistake. You handle everything perfectly, but you just recently became a Super Admin. That's what surprises me. Also you have really good reputation within the staff team. Which gives you a great advantage.
