After being there when all the drama happened leading up to the CM ban, personally I would say that waiting under a week before reapplying is not a good idea. Last time you were on the staff team you attempted to pull the team apart, cause drama between staff members, and overall disrupt the staff team. You said some awful things then and did some awful things. I don't feel as if the lead team would be ready to accept you back into the staff team considering your actions last time.
