Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Player X has an "unwarnable name" let's say he's called m r m m o. I tell him to change his name and kick him multiple times but he keeps rejoining and not listening. I ban him for a small amount of time and include in the ban message that he needs to change his name.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
If he is really sorry about the accident I'll talk about it with other staff members and probably lower the ban period to a week or two if he promises to not doing it again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I think that I am a friendly and active player on the TTT server. I help a lot of people and when I get the Admin promotion I think that I could help even more. I understand that it isn't easy to be an Admin on the server and with great power comes great responsibility.
