Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
My time as a Moderator I have gained a lot of experience as a moderator and I have learned a lot of stuff. And I feel that I have helped the zarp community when the staff team is offline. I handle many sits(F1s) and I know all the commands as a Moderator and Admin and with the experience, I had dealt with I feel that I can handle any sit at any time.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Yes so there was a situation when I caught a guy printing outside of the map and at first, I didn't know what to do because there was no admin online and my recording software wasn't working but I did take a screen shot and grab their steam id and then called an admin onto the server. And it was a 1-hour wait when an admin came online.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Hi, Player X, I have reviewed your ban appeal and it looks like you are truly sorry for what did but since this is your first ban. I will be giving you another chance to come back and redeem yourself. But if you do need any help be sure to contact a staff member on TeamSpeak (ts.zarpgaming.com) but be sure to read the Rules. Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
Well, I have many reasons why I should be promoted is because one is that I'm very active and that can help the staff team out if they have something busy to do. And I have experiences of being or becoming an admin I know all the commands from Mod to Admin so I know how everything works with the commands. Another reason is trust, when I first came back to zarp I was told by 3-4 staff members that I should apply for staff again. When I was an admin I feel that I have build trust with the staff team. And I am a hard working guy that is helpful, and thoughtful, I can get my duties done fast or once tell to, and every time when I'm on server 3 there's usually a couple of moderators and no admin or maybe 2 admins that are AFK I always see some moderators struggling to try to get an admin online to server 3, and becoming an admin will give be the ability to punish mass rule breakers. And this is the reason why I should be promoted!

It will show the Time/Reason and If you click on the players request it will allow you to Goto/Bring to the player easily.
