Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I haven't encountered many rule breakers so it hasn't been too difficult but I feel I am ready to hold the Admin rank given my activity and experience as Moderator.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
So far I have not encountered anything I have not been able to keep controlled but a player was mic spamming and I had to keep muting them on map change as they just continued.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

As Moderator you don't get many commands so it isn't hard to keep track of so first off we want to make sure you have a key bound to open the ULX menu this can be done a number of ways, here is how.Now that that is bound you can press it and it will open the menu. In here you will see a few tabs if you open the first tab "Chat" you will see some new commands such as;
Gag/ungag - This command will mute target player(s) microphone, use this when a player is spamming mic chat.
Mute/unmute - This command will mute target player(s) text, use this when a players is spamming text chat.
That is all under that tab, the next tab is "Fun" in here is only one command and that is
Slay - This command will kill the target player(s), only use this if a player is abusing an exploit to skip parts of the map.
Next tab you find is "Utility" in here is the kick command, use this if a player has an offensive name and refuses to change it.
Now Moderators have access to AWarn to warn a player you use
If you just type !warn you can see online players warnings and can warn them from this menu if you wish.
That is it congrats on getting Moderator again if you need any help don't hesitate to ask. Remember to always use SteamID or do it from the ULX Menu to avoid any mistakes with commands.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Considering it is your first ban for hacking and you have shown how sorry you are for your actions I have come to the conclusion to accept this. Remember to read the rules before rejoining to avoid any further rulebreaking.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I feel I have enough experience with this rank as I currently hold Super Admin on Surf which uses the same command system as Bhop. I am trusted enough to hold this rank as well considering I hold Super Admin on Surf and SSRP, as well as Section Moderator for two different sections. I am active everyday on the server offering my help to players who ask.
