Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
My time as a moderator has been good. I have not really had any serious issues just the odd mute or gag that is all. I have had fun and used my powers correctly however i believe like admin would be a good stage for me where i could help the server out immensely!

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
A situation in which i encountered that was an obstacle was that there was a very disrespectful and racist person that needed to be banned for the things he was doing however the only i could do was kick the player and then he came back and continued.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

You seem to be remarkably apologetic for the things you have done and have taken your time to make this appeal on the forums. I have noticed that this was your first ban and because of this i have decided to lower your ban to 2 days as you have been very apologetic although cheating is still a serious matter and should not be done again. While you wait for your ban to expire i recommend reading the rules (Which are here!)
Please think about your actions and do not cheat again!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I believe that i should be an admin on surf as there is not too many on there at the minute and i feel like my time as a moderator has prepared me for becoming an admin. I also feel very trusted as i also hold an SSRP Admin rank and a TS3 staff rank so i feel like you can already trust me with this role of admin.

[spoiler][b][color=#8276DB]Congratulations on getting Surf Staff and i am going to give you a warm welcoming by telling you a few things that is needed to know to get you started!
First of all here are some commands that you will now be able to do:
@ [Message] - This is a way of messaging fellow staff members that are online at the time.

!Slay [Player] [Reason] - This will kill the player. This should only be used if people are exploiting a maps feature.

!warn [Player] [Reason] - This warns a player. If a player is breaking the rules you can warn them. Can also be used from the menu.

!gag [Player] [Reason] - This makes a player unable to use voice chat.
!ungag [Player] - This allows players to use voice chat again.

!mute [Player] [Reason] - This makes a player unable to use chat via typing.
!unmute [Player] - This allows players to use chat again via typing.

!kick [Player] ][Reason] - This command kicks a certain player from the server.

If you can not remember all of the commands you can always use the ULX command menu which you have access to by typing in chat !menu. This will give you access to all commands stated above.

Another menu which is sometimes used is the F6 menu. You are able to see warnings of people that are on the server or you can check offline players provided you have their steam ID.[/color][/b]
