I haven't really seen you around nor do I know you all too well, but from the recent forums post I can safely say you have an absolutely shit attitude.
While I may not play Bhop, but its more common sense than anything.
If a higher up (anon and other staff) tell you that a way you handle a situation is not right you should really learn from it, you have been told about kicking afk players and yet you still continue...

As for Toto, he wasn't being rude, he is giving you constructive criticism (aka he's telling you that you need to read over the rules again before applying for a higher position on the staff team)
As well as reading over the rules you need to read the staff ethos, you can't just skip to the most severe punishment before even giving them a verbal or a warning (kicking exploiters), you need to understand that rule breaks are pretty much inevitable; a player no matter how good they are will eventually fuck up in one way or another.
That's why a users recent punishments are taken into account before punishing them.
