As far as I know you did a great job as a SuperAdmin in the past and I'm sure you will again if given the chance, one of the few problems present is your future attendance to the Lead Team Meetings. However, if you can have a pastebin ready every week for things you want to bring up I don't see it as a problem (I volunteer to bring up whatever you want brought up if you were to get the position). Other than that I want to see you showing more leadership within the staff team.
