I've known you quite a while now. And I've decided to reply with my lazy ass.
As an admin you're a Good Admin, you always do your F1's and do your other stuff.
You always try your best for the servers and thats a great trait or yours.

Meetings
Obviously as you siad you will not be able to attent meetings, and the meetings are a huge part of being a member of the lead team. You'll properly try your hardest to come to the meetings, but we'll have to see if thats enough

General postitives (Positive)
As an admin you've got a good attitude and you never tend to lose your temper at all. And obviously we don't want that to happen at all. Whenever you're doing F1's you keep going until that "Pending F1" counter is on 0. Which also is great.
You're a very nice person and you do your best, although you don't do much sidework next your F1's that won't really matter here.

Giving you a chance wouldn't be that big of a deal with me but obviously thats not my choice to make.
