He does disrespect you on multiple occasions, as for the RDM related rule breaks he may try to justify why he killed the gun dealer but there may have also been other reasons for this (maybe the gun dealer tried to revenge rdm him), A video or even a screenshot of him killing him would be needed to prove/disprove this.
As for the NLR there's no real proof of this.

The logs are most likely cleared by now, in fairness you should of made an F1 while you had the chance.
