Hello Onion,

Alright so first of all you do activly try your best and that's what we look for in Lead Team Members, You do a good job on what you do on the SSRP Servers, I'd like to see you do a few things before you have my vote. I'd like to see you trying your best to show leader ship skills, like for example Ask if anyone needs help if there staff and show moderators the right way to do stuff. As far as I'm aware of, You came to me to speak about a Moderator who you could've spoke to yourself as it was a minor thing. Always remember that you can do your best without making a big deal about small stuff like not handling situations on a roof or something across those lines. Also, You get over excitted on a few situations where in my opinion you come out of immature as you let your side down basicly, Like you tend to scream or something across those lines. Lastly, You're unable to come to some of the Lead Team meetings due to you having to go to sleep as your internet cuts out or something like that. So my question to you is, If a lead Team meeting lasted longer than usual how are you able to attend to it?
