As you well know we only refund for issues caused on our end and to me this pretty much looks like a classic case of your interent causing you to time out. Sadly this is entirely out of our control. Further proof of this, is that suits are ONLY removed from your inventory on death and if the entire server crashes it is quite impossible to die after that. What this means is you lost internet connection and before you timed out and disconnected someone killed you.
