Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

It would be appropriate to use the ban command when a person is evading punishments (warns and kicks) and using other alts to hack and threating with DDOS hacks etc.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

If it was their first ban and they apologise to where it is acceptable and I will happily unban them if they promise not to do it again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.

I should be promoted because I have learned that TTT is hard to handle. I am also admin on bhop and Deathrun. If I become admin, I can help out much more on TTT and when I was alone (only staff) people were evading my punishments and I was unable to contact an admin. If I become admin, I won't have to worry about contacting other staff members.
