NLR applies for an entire district as well as your past life, meaning you can't come back to the district regardless of whether you are going to revenge rdm or not.

As for your "situations" section if you are serious about applying for staff I would definitely recommend not relying on video/screenshots in sits, players will not always have proof so you'll most likely have to dig a little to get the truth.

I would highly recommend reading the rules, with your current knowledge of the rules you'll be receiving wars and even bans on a regular basis.

Improve your activity, knowledge of the rules and play a couple of weeks without receiving warnings and apply in the future.
