maybe as a head admin of your server you can motivate your staff members to play instead of going afk?

A staff would not be doing their duties if they were afk for a prolonged period of time as a newer player may need help or a toxic player comes on the server and starts being really disrespectful and breaking rules etc, will it be the job of the staff members who don't farm to get the job done.
The point of being staff is to help people and how could you help if you're constantly afk?
Re-adding this rule shows who is cleary devoted to the server and who is willing to help others in need, that is the point of a staff member, and everyone who cannot get their 4 hours by playing and interacting should've thought more carefully about how active they can be, how helpful towards our servers they can be before applying, doing this could also aid in the newer feature being added where you can (apply) for lead team when it is opened just think about this, if someone who constantly time farms and does nothing for the server applies for lead team and you didn't know what they're like as you've never seen them in game, anyones point of view could persuade you to vote for that staff member even though they do nothing for the server which could result in having an inactive lead team member you may not have the same views on the situation as me but I am sticking to this point, it is stupid to of removed this rule in the beginning.
