Story/Situation (What Happened?) -I was on the tower with silfer the sky dragon and I threw a random incendiary grenade into the water as an innocent then silfer (silfer was innocent as well) kills me and after that proceeds to warn me and slay me

this is my second appeal about this warn. I also asked silfer about this a lot of times after the punishment because I thought it was a misunderstanding as I had heard of no such rule at the time.
