Rule They Broke: Meta Gaming/ Abuse of Staff Powers/ Lying

Story of What Happened:
So I was playing and had gotten RDA'd when I first joined the game and spawned under the map. I later built a base to get above the rock boulder walls as a hobo and stored printers(with double boost) there. It was most likely breaking rule.
4.27 Roofs - "You are not allowed to base or be on any roofs that are on the outer edges of the map or that you can fall out of the map with. You are only allowed to base on roofs 2 story's ( two floors ) or smaller anything higher isn't allowed." And I accept that warn.

However Sammie was using cloak to teleport to players and find them to raid as a gangster. It would of been impossible to find me but Sammie somehow magically shows up, and then just destroys all my printers. I called Sammie out on it, and the lies of course came. She denied even cloaking in the first place though and it shows it clearly in the logs. I never called for F1 and nobody ever reported me, so there was no way to find me. I believe she was only doing it because there was only about 2 other people other than us on.

That is abuse of power to gain an upper hand in RP. I believe meta gaming as well. I hope somebody checks her out and makes sure she isn't abusing.
