When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
When the players have been warned and kicked many times and dont even listen to other staff and keep going the i think its a good time to ban but i will first other staff what they think about it.

How could your promotion help this?: i had to kick people cuz they had links in their names and i had to told people what they did wrong like exploits that they dont must do that again and i had to warn people cuz they werent listening and disrespecting and even sometimes i asked other admins to help and so i wnat to help.

Still i love this server and have been for real long on it i just still want to support the server and help in bad situations like by disrespecting players mic spammers i just want people follow tthe rules of zarp.
