Maybe this is why so many of your players have contempt for the staff here, because even when they are on (which they are hardly ever on especially for server 3) they hardly ever answer sits. And even when players who care enough to go through the trouble of providing hard proof of people breaking rules you deny it based on not having enough proof even though the proof is staring you right in the face. Even if I did have the specific STEAMID proof you'd probably not even do much at all, maybe give them a couple day ban or just a "talking to."
