You are very mistaken. He can copy his old application there's nothing against it not does it interfere with the chances of his application being accepted (unless of course it was a bad application). What he CAN'T do is copy someone ELSE'S application.

OT: I'd suggest you work on your activity a bit as there's a few gaps in it, but it's not the worst. I don't know if you have any recent punishments so for now I'll go with what is said in the meeting.

I took a small break last week but i'm playing like normal now (everyday)
