Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I will try to explain how to surf with microphone.If he doesn't understand I will tell him to press f2 and spectate me.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I will warn him and tell him to don't do.If he continues I will mute him.If he continues after muting progress I will kick him or talk to a higher rank for ban.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I will warn him and tell him to stop.If he continues I will kick or talk to a higher rank

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
Because I play surf actively.Also I'm a staff on SSRP.I know how to deal with rulebreakers and how to handle problems.We like playing surf but there are rulebreakers(Mic spammers,Trollers,)in surf.That's why I wan't to be a mod.I want to stop them and keep surf an enjoyable game mod.I think I'm ready for this job!
