NLR or New life rule basically means that you cant return to the district you got killed in for 3 minutes.
Player x gets killed by player y and he goes straight back to the district he just came from and attempts to kill player y.

Metagaming is where you go out of character and you speak in like advert about real life situations instead of /ooc or just not at all. it's where you just go around doing things that you job/character would not do in those situations.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
i would go and look at player y's previous recent warning if they had no recent warning if would give them a verbal and say "if i'm given another f1 accusing you of rule breaking WITH ENOUGH EVIDENCE then you will be warned" then i would return each of them and carry on with the f1's or role playing

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
i would tp to them and put them both in a sit saying "Player X do you have evidence of Player Y breaking NLR" and if they would I would warn player Y for NLR.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
i would /ooc "Please Stop typing messages on the ooc if you want to send roleplay messages please send it in /y /pm /advert voice chat or near chat

I think i have the qualifications to be a moderator since I've been part of 4 semi-big darkrp staff groups 1. Owner 2. Co-owner 3. Admin 4. Admin using ULX Admin menu. i think i would be valuable since i'am very active on Garry's mod and in the Zarp community i'm mainly friendly to MOST people but I can give a good punishment when needed. i know that i'm trust worthy of not abusing or going power hungry, as i'am mature and responsible enough to be able to help the community in a way that people can relied on and feel like they can be in good arms with me and others mods while having a fun and great experience on the Zarp community.
