It wasn't what you think I didn't chase people around killing them as I said in a previous reply there was a little pop block in spawn and I know I should have waited for an admin but it was getting really annoying so I orbital striked it and at the moment I didn't know that orbital strikes could count for MRDM and RDM I thought it was like the nuke but after I was told that it could I realized how stupid it would be if it didn't count as MRDM or RDM because it's a holsterable weapon.
