Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I will say him to spectate me first and show the surf basics. Then i'll explain how to surf with my microphone.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
First i will warn him to not do it again, if he/she continues i'll mute him.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I will warn him to not use it, then i'll spectate him and check is he/she doing again. If he/she keeps doing it, i will kick him.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I should be chosen because i'm playing Surf nearly all day long and i'm seeing lots of micspams, spams and speaking other language people. I'm telling them not to do but they are not listening me. So i will be chosen to stop these rulebreaks.
