How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
First of I would take the both of them to an empty spacer to talk about what has happened. I would ask the person getting bullied what was said to him/her self that made them upset enough to contact me. After he/she had told me what had happened i would then ask the bully if what they said was true. If they agree to it i will ban them for 1 hour to make them learn that it is not acceptable. If he/she denies what the other person said then i would ask the person who is being bullied whether or not there was any witnesses at the time. If there is then i would go speak to the supposed witness and if the two stories match up then i would ban the bully for 2 hours for bullying + Lying to staff!

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:
Move Client To Channel: This command can be used to take someone from the channel they are currently in, into another channel.
Kick Client From Channel: This command can be used to remove someone from a specific channel if they are not welcome there or are causing any issues there.
Ban Client From Server: This command allows you to ban players from the team speak if they have broken a rule that was set to be followed. You can ban them for a limited time or you can permanently ban them.
Set Server Group: This command allows you to set a certain players group. This is used when a new/promoted staff member needs to receive their new badges so that everyone is aware of what ranks they hold.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I believe that i should be chosen because i am sometimes in a channel with certain people that get picked on or get disrespected and i do not think that it is acceptable. Also when i report them sometimes people never come and so that person is left unpunished. I also think i should become staff as i always see people wanting own channels or to speak privately but can never get that as they are either being followed around and/or no staff are available at the moment in time. I would only like to help my fellow players and make their days better and do it faster.
