How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?: I would first bring both users to a (unused) spacer so that I can hear what both users have to say. Upon listening to both sides of the story, I would tell the bully to STOP bullying, as it is a horrible thing that I myself have had to deal with. I would then tell the bully that they are getting kicked, and that if they decide to re-join that they should not do so just to come back and start bullying the user again - otherwise it would result in a ban. After that I would make sure the user is alright, and would tell them that if they encounter anyone else like the bully, then they should make a complaint or poke me (as I am online regularly).

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words): I am really active on the ZARP TeamSpeak channel. I join almost every single day, actively for many hours. I encounter mic-spammers regularly, and people who play music in the wrong rooms. I think if I had the powers to deal with these people, I would do so in a professional and respectable manner. I am already a member of staff on the SSRP servers, which I hope shows that I am a trustworthy person, and I think of myself as a nice guy who is very willing to help.
I hope I can become a great addition to the team.
