How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
If I was in a chat room separate to the person being bullied and they poked me saying something like "Can you move me/can I talk to you/I'm being bullied" then I would move them to me and ask what's up? If they told me they were being bullied then I would ask who, once they tell me the name I would pull that person into the spacer along with the victim so would could sort everything out and get an apology out of the person who was bulling. After verbally warning the bully by saying if this continues you will be kicked or simply saying please do not do this again, if they continued to do it I would them kick them.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:

Teamspeak 3 has a lot of administrative tools staff can use in order to manage the server and help players out in most situations

Move: You have the power to drag an user into a channel or spacer by holding their name using your left mouse and drag it into a channel/spacer, This is useful when and if you need to speak to a user privately about an occurring situation they or facing of if they have general question need discution

Mute: The mute command gives you the power to mute other users mic to the public incase of them mic spamming etc

Kick: there are two types of kicks, Kick client from Channel and Kick client off server, these should be used incase of a user micspamming trolling during the meetings and if someone is harassing a user by ex. following him/her around different channel

Ban: The ban power gives you the tool to dissallow an user to join the teamspeak server for the amount of time you decided should be fit, following with a valid reason, which should be a las resort if a user has not stopped their actions by mutes/kicks/verbalwarns etc. For an example a user is being disrespectful and bullying a certain user with disrespectful and insulting remarks, if they continue their dirsuptive behaviour after other punishments mentioned above, the user would receive a ban.

Set server group: You can set a users server group by right clicking on their names and then choosing the option to Set server group. A list of ranks would pop up and you could add or remove a rank to a user. Mostly used by Staff training a user to their new staff duties and giving them a appropriate rank or if someone would resign you could remove their server group
Delete user avatar: You will have the power to delete a users avatar if it would be offensive or inapropriate

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I Think that I should be chosen because I'm Active in TS3 and I'm also staff on other ZARP servers so that I am experienced. I have experience with situatiuons and I know the rules. So I Think that I could help the TS server.
