I don't see how this is a huge problem for SSRP - staff over there are evaluated over their F1 count and not weekly game time afaik. But for Deathrun and TTT, this can be a real issue. I can understand staff staying in spectator to handle reports and simply watch over the server, but when people are unresponsive and doing this maliciously, it can be a real issue.
