Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If someone has an innappropriate spray and I kick them several times asking them to change their spray, but they don't, they just keep rejoining and spraying it. Then I consider it appropriate to ban.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
That depends on what kind of cheat they were using, if they was banned for just having CheatEngine or another memory reading program then I would consider lifting the ban, since those can easily be left on and forgotten.

If someone uses any kind of cheating that actually makes it easier for them inside the game ( for example aimbot / wallhack / bhopscript / speedhack ) then I would never consider lifting the ban.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I consider myself a pretty nice player and person, atleast I get called a good staff member more often than I get called a bad one and I feel like I have done a pretty good job handling reports and keeping the server nice and clean while I've been online. The extra tools which the admin role comes with would make it more easy and efficient for me to keep the server a friendly place.
