Hello!
After talking to Xnator and got your both sides i decided to Deny this Report Abuse since there is no video proof provided and i can not know who is telling the truth. You say that Xnator gave you only less than 5 seconds but he claims that he gave you 10+ seconds to get Tested. I am going to talk to Xnator though and remind him about this rule in case your story is True.
