In my opinion he should not have kicked you.
I think he should have waited for you to come back, once come back, then speak with you and the other player.

Furthermore I understand why he tp'd you several times, from what i can understand he was properly checking if you was afk or not, however HE should have been tp'ing to you not tp'ing you to him until he has seen you are not in any RP situation.

My opinion on what i have seen wrong.

1. Tp'ing players without tp'ing to them first.
2. Kicking a player whilst they are afk, for something that could have been dealt with by not using a warn/kick/ban as most players will simply change their names when requested, and if not, then leadteam can always force change the name if required.
