Yes before you ask, Im going to this meeting on sunday. I was told im allowed to apply now but i'll HAVE to go on this meeting. Or else i will NOT get accepted at all.

Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: When a player is mass rulebreaking With disrespect, RDM, And just not following the rules.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? Hello Player x. I've checked you're ban, And i've decided to unban you. Please do not do this again or you will be Permanently Banned again. You've Been Warned.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): Becuse im realy experianced as a mod. This is the 3rd server i'm mod on. And i handle situations great, I've gotten a lot of support from the other staff, And i should be promoted, Becuse i think i can handle being an admin. Becuse im realy known to the commands and what to do in sertain situations. So yeah, i think i can manage it being an Admin. I would realy help people a lot. Thats what i always try:D Even as a user;)
