Age dont matter. I got mod on ssrp first time when i was 11. Now im 13.

Just because you were mature enough at that age to get mod doesn't mean everyone else will.

AGE is not in question here. as admins / mods can be ANY Age end of that discussion.
Maturity is something intirely diffrent.

That aside, theres one huge thing what i dont want to see EVER especially from someone who's applying for staff. You say that but what do u mean. I cant remove them

I dont want to be offencive but with this youre not gonna make it, You will have to make a change.
