There is currently a bug in the NLR system that is being fixed which is getting NLR in the Electric District when you die in the Spawn and Suburbs Tunnel (Where Harry was basing). Regardless of that, the NLR appears at the top of your screen stating where it is. So either you don't go to the Electric district or you notice the bug and ask about it to know where to not break NLR, but you decided to break the rule. Also, your friend called him a "faggot" so the mute is valid
