Server Name: SSRP 1, 2, and 3

Suggestion Title: Make the Custom title more Custom.

How would it benefit the server: I think that the Custom title should have an option when buying it to change the colour like it is when you're spawning a car. Right now it's just white and can be hard to see in certain areas on the 3 maps. It costs 30m for just plain white text. I think either the prices should be lowered or add a colour option.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Impersonating staff but this can easily be avoided by blacklisting words such as Admin, Administrator, Mod, Moderator, Owner, Developer, etc

Additional notes: If this is added I'm sure more people will want to purchase the custom title including myself.
