When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

DDOS threats:
I will use the ban command if someone has DDOS threats. This can be on a player or on the whole server (the ban lenght will be permanent).

Massive disrespect:
If someone is mass disrespectful to a player or a staff member (swearing with diseases, this ban lenght will be different for the message he/she sends).

Massive rule breaking:
This is when someone breaks a rule(s) over and over again (this ban lenght will be different for each rule(s) that he/she is breaking).

Avoiding a punishment:
This is when a player that has a punishment reconnect to the server so that he/she doesn't have the punishment anymore (this ban lenght will be 2 days).

Death threats:
This is when a player sayas to another player death threats (this ban lenght will be 1 week).

Hacking:
If someone has any hack client/script and he/she doesn't want to turn there hacks off I will be banning him permanently.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a Moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
When I was Moderator I can give people punishments if they are doing something wrong but if there isn't an Admin online then I can't ban people that are doing things wrong that are banable. Then I need to ask someone on steam but that takes a little bit of time.

Why I should be promoted:
I am trusted with powers I was 1 year ago also a Moderator and tryed to apply for Admin and on another server that was worse then Zarp I was also Admin and that server had almost the same rules and commands. I am trying to make Zarp even greater then it already is, by helping people and punish people if they are doing something wrong. I also seen alot of staff members that are Admin or higher do there job and I know the basic things. If I need help I can ask my friend Tjeerd (he is also Admin) and I have alot of staff members on steam.
