In light of the previous post being denied due to a "lack of evidence", I've decided to repost this request with extended videos.
Keep in mind that Hiko was the only gangster on the ENTIRE server,

As I was looking through the tab-menu you can clearly see that there was only 1 gangster on the entire server, this being Hiko. Getting to the attempted rdm; a weapon was equiped close to me and as a turned around I was shot by the gangster (Hiko)

Revenge RDM
If you re-watch the video a few times you can see the "bullet trail" or whatever it is know as coming from a gangsters gun, and with Hiko being the only gangster means that Hiko was shooting at me.
Adding to the fact that the shots are only coming from one place again supports the conclusion that Hiko was shooting me.
