You could of test the orb in somewhere private instead of placing it in a public place like the fountain,it could of cause mass RDM and I suggest you not to do it again,I'm not sure about the propblock thing but I'll try to get in contact with Tyler asap.

Edit: After talking to Tyler,we've decided to deny your appeal. You may not re-appeal again so you need to wait out your ban because what you did was so silly. About the propblock btw you were just propblocking yourself so you can't get killed while having your orb in your hot bar which isn't even allowed. In the future please don't test a special weapon in public like doing it at the fountain and propblock yourself to avoid getting killed.
