Please be very careful with the type of militia you recruit. I started a church today, I thought it'd be a peaceful area for people to pray and donate money to me.

It sort of turned into a bloodbath where I could no longer talk to the people who joined me voluntarily. They started annihilating everyone on their own call. I think if you are going to execute this, do it responsibly and have a member of staff supervise from within the organisation. Have someone assigned that checks things are done through RP and major acts such as a 'bomb plant' should all be done through role-play responsible ways. From A (preparation of bomb) to Z (planting it).

Put a cap on your gang as well, else the majority of the server will be safe behind your fortress walls and it'll be a really unfair fight.
