==Admin Promotions==

When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
I will only ban if a player is:

- Mass Rulebreak

This is when a player is constantly breaking rules. The ban lenght would depent on the rule that he / she has broken alot.

- Avoiding his punishment

This is when he for example leaves the server when you give him a punishment. He is avoiding his punishment. Ban lenght would be 2 days.

- Death threats

This is when a player is saying death threats to another person. When they say this they would be banned for 1 week.

- Hacking

It would be appropriate to permanent ban him if he / she refuses to turn the hacks off.

- DDOS threats

Permenant ban is appropriate. Because I think if someone wants to ddos zarp, I wouldn't like it. If the Zarp servers are down no one can play on zarp anymore for the period of time. So if someone has DDOS threats I will permanent ban him.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
As a moderator I don't have the powers to clean up the server as good. As an Moderator you have powers to clean up the server, but then they can come back (this is avoiding punishment). So if I was Admin it was appropriate to use the ban command.

Why I should be promoted:
Because I want to be a higher staff member on Zarp Deathrun. The players seem to not see me as an actual Staff Member. I don't like this that much. I think I can be a good Admin because I have seen a lot of admins do their job. And every time I look at them to learn a little bit of their powers. That's why I know when to ban a player. When I was Moderator before I have been trough all the situations above. So that's why I know what to do. I think I'm friendly in-game and want to help other people out if they don't know what to do. And of course I want to get the hackers etc. of the server.

Hope you enjoyed my application. Hopefully you give me that but if I get or I understand it.
